Hi everyone,
I feel as if I have greatly improved from the start of this experience. I believe this is due to the ongoing support of my supervisors. I believe my teaching ablity consists of a range of tools.
These tools cover a huge scope, from classroom management to admin. My supervisors directly add or update tool, repair damaged ones, show me when and when not to use specific tools. I guess what I am trying to say is, I feel like being a good teacher is in some ways how you use the knowledge and skills you have and more importantly when you use it.
